On the morning of October 16, 2025, the Economic and Commercial Office of the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia organized an experience exchange meeting. The discussions focused on the following four points: 1.Recent experiences in hosting local delegations related to two-way investment; 2.Practices in facilitating investment exchanges between the two countries during local delegation visits, particularly experiences in attracting Malaysian investment to China; 3.Existing shortcomings in Malaysia-China investment matchmaking; 4.Suggestions and recommendations for attracting Malaysian investment to local regions, based on participants' experiences.

Bob Huang, Vice President of the Malaysia Hunan Chamber of Commerce and Deputy General Manager of Sany International Development (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., attended the meeting as a representative of the Chamber. During the exchange session, he actively shared the Chamber's experiences and insights in serving its members, facilitating resource connections, and supporting Hunan enterprises in establishing their presence in Malaysia. The meeting was described as "timely, pragmatic, and efficient," providing valuable insights for the Chamber's future work. Through in-depth exchanges with other outstanding enterprises and chambers, the Chamber gained further clarity on its direction and approach to serving members and promoting economic and trade exchanges between China and Malaysia (particularly between Hunan and Malaysia) in the new era.

At the meeting, leaders from the Embassy's Economic and Commercial Office delivered important remarks, fully affirming the role of various chambers and Chinese enterprises as a bridge in promoting bilateral economic and trade relations between China and Malaysia. Moving forward, the Malaysia Hunan Chamber of Commerce will continue to operate under the guidance of the Embassy, fully leverage its platform advantages, unite the strength of Hunan businesses in Malaysia, and provide more precise and in-depth services to its member enterprises, collectively contributing to elevating China-Malaysia economic and trade cooperation to new heights.
