On October 15, 2025, a delegation from the World Consumer Association's Hunan Representative Office visited the Malaysia Hunan Chamber of Commerce, during which the two parties held constructive talks. This meeting aimed to enhance communication and explore cooperation opportunities in areas such as consumer rights protection, HALAL certification, and the promotion of Malaysia-China economic and trade relations, particularly in commercial exchanges between Malaysia and Hunan Province. Both sides unanimously agreed that this exchange has laid a solid foundation for future close collaboration.
Through resource sharing and complementary advantages, the World Consumer Association and the Malaysia Hunan Chamber of Commerce will work together to create a fair business environment for Hunan-based enterprises in Malaysia, while also providing Malaysian consumers with a more secure consumption experience. Together, they will contribute to Malaysia's economic prosperity and social harmony.
