On September 2nd, the Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone SME Association visited the Malaysia Hunan Chamber of Commerce and signed a strategic cooperation agreement

On the afternoon of September 2, a symposium and strategic cooperation agreement signing ceremony between the Small and Medium Enterprises Association of Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone (hereinafter referred to as "the Association") and the Malaysia Hunan Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as "the Chamber") was held in the conference room of the Malaysia Hunan Chamber of Commerce.


During the meeting, Leo, Vice President of the Chamber, provided a detailed introduction to the Chamber's development history and shared insights into Malaysia's business environment. He also addressed common challenges faced by investors in Malaysia, such as visa processing, driver's license acquisition, and factory leasing, along with practical solutions. Huang Rong, Administrative Director of Hunan Construction Investment Group and a corporate representative of the Chamber, shared her experiences and the company's development progress in Malaysia.


Subsequently, Wu Rong, Secretary-General of the Association, introduced the attending guests from the Association. Zhang Zuoliang, President of the Association, elaborated on the Association's establishment background, development goals, and the purpose of this visit, expressing a strong desire to deepen cooperation with the Chamber.


The meeting culminated in the signing of a Strategic Cooperation Agreement, witnessed by all attendees. Both parties agreed to establish a comprehensive strategic partnership based on the principles of "complementary advantages, resource sharing, and mutual benefit." The collaboration will focus on key industries including engineering machinery, equipment manufacturing, electronic information, and biomedicine. Specific measures include facilitating industrial matchmaking by helping member enterprises connect with local resources, establishing an information-sharing mechanism, organizing joint training programs and mutual delegation visits to enhance capabilities, and setting up a joint working committee with quarterly video conferences to ensure sustained progress. This partnership aims to create a cross-border service platform for Hunan and Malaysian enterprises, fostering deeper two-way investment and economic cooperation.
